• 700 block of 133rd Street LA's water mains continue to rupture

  One of the October water main breaks occurred in Harbor Gateway, when residents were without water for about 12 hours after a pipe broke under the 700 block of 133rd Street.

  Christian Dixon, a 5-year-old black child, was shot and killed by his mother on Saturday, Oct. 17, in the 7200 block of South Gramercy Place in Manchester Square, authorities said.
