Officers responded to a call about 11:30 p.m. Thursday of gunshots fired at Alexandria Avenue and Clinton Street, said Lt. Darryl Ito. They found a man 25 to 30 years old with a gunshot wound in his chest. The man, whose name was not released, died at a hospital.
