Baskets offer solace to murder victims' families
Desirree Haro was shot in the head as she pushed her friend out of harm's way when several men in a car fired at them. The two girls were walking near 253rd Street and Normandie Avenue in Harbor City in the early hours of July 1, 2003. Haro's killer has not been caught.
