  • 10900 block of Brookfield Road Fire breaks out at vacant Chatsworth home

    The fire in the 10900 block of Brookfield Road, less than a half-mile south of the Ronald Reagan (118) Freeway, was reported at 12:20 a.m., said Capt. Tom Sammartano, a Los Angeles Fire Department dispatch supervisor. Firefighters reported a knockdown at 1:12 a.m., he said.
